The Canopy is also finished, but I left the cover in my garage too long (for half a week) and the temperature was around high 90s so the wood got bended. Every fish tank stand I see is made of hollow metal or particle board. I just cant realistically see how stuff like this can withstand the weight if a fish tank. Especially over time for years to come. I want to get a 70 gallon tank but cannot find any stand that I would remotely trust to hold the weight.
